At MCJ Jewelry, we want you to love your jewelry. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
• Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Non-Returnable Items: Customized, engraved, or final sale items cannot be returned.
• Exchange Option: If you prefer a different item, we offer exchanges for the same or higher value (customer covers the price difference).
• Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact us at info@mcjjewelryco.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable).
3. Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving the return instructions.

• Repairs: If your item arrives damaged or breaks within 60 days, we’ll repair it for free or offer a replacement.
