MCJ Jewelry is proudly based in Jersey City, New Jersey, USA. Each piece is curated or handmade with care and shipped from our studio.

We offer a curated mix of handmade, modern, and vintage jewelry — including earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and statement pieces. Every design is selected for its meaning, beauty, and timeless charm.


 

3. What materials do you use?

Our pieces are made from a variety of quality materials, including gold-plated, stainless steel, brass, and freshwater pearls.

4. How should I care for my jewelry?

To keep your pieces looking beautiful:

  • Avoid direct contact with water, perfume, or lotions.
  • Store jewelry in a dry place or in your MCJ pouch or box.

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to hygiene and the handmade/vintage nature of our items, all sales are final.

If your jewelry arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@mcjjewelry.com, and we’ll be happy to help.

 

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship within the U.S. and to select international locations.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

 

7. How long will my order take to ship?

Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

 

8. Can I request a custom order or wholesale?

Yes! We love collaborations and special requests.

9. My package was lost or delayed — what can I do?

Once shipped, MCJ Jewelry is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages.

We recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number. However, you can always reach out — we’ll do our best to assist.
